Trifles :: A Feminist Who-Done-It
The play begins when a group of men and women enter the Wright’s empty farmhouse. On command from the county attorney, the gathered group recounts events leading up to Mr. Wright’s murder. While the men search the house for evidence, the women find clues in the kitchen and hallway, and a dead canary that cracks the case wide open. But will more damage be done by revealing the killer?
Frankenstein :: Mary Shelley’s Classic Tale of Hubris and Truth
This new adaptation of the classic book tells the story of Victor Frankenstein, a young scientist who creates a grotesque creature in an unorthodox scientific experiment, unwilling to let death be the final end after he loses his mother. Elizabeth – Victor’s childhood friend and fiance – does all she can to make him see reason, but with tragic consequences. In the end, Victor and his monster are locked in a chase that circle the globe, ending with some very hard truths.
