Mindfulness meditation can offer the body and mind a chance to settle. Through our practice together we begin to create the conditions for ease, resilience, and compassion to grow in our lives. Whether you are a long-time practitioner, or want to try meditation for the first time, please join Jeannette for weekly and monthly guided meditations. Email Jeannette for the links.


Jeannette is a certified mindfulness teacher and a graduate of Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach’s Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program. She has also completed two courses with Mindful Schools. She maintains a personal meditation practice, and has been practicing meditation on and off for nearly two decades.
Weekly Online Poetry Group. Fridays, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Join us on Fridays to share a favorite poem—someone else’s or one of your own.
