Join us as we welcome Elizabeth DeWolfe, history professor and author of Alias Agnes: The Notorious Tale of a Gilded Age Spy. We will hear about Madeline Pollard, Jane Tucker, and their fascinating story; as well as Professor DeWolfe’s research and historical sleuthing to uncover a hitherto unknown perspective on one of the most infamous civil court cases in 19th century America.
