Weekly Virtual Mindfulness Meditation Group

Tuesdays, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.

Mindfulness meditation can offer the body and mind a chance to settle. Through our practice together, we begin to create the conditions for ease, resilience, and compassion to grow in our lives. Whether you are a long-time practitioner or want to try meditation for the first time, please join Jeannette for weekly and monthly guided meditations. Email Jeannette for the links.

Jeannette is a certified mindfulness teacher and a graduate of Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach’s Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program and the Cloud Sangha Mindfulness Mentor Training program. She has also completed two courses with Mindful Schools. She maintains a personal meditation practice and has been practicing meditation on and off for nearly two decades.

Weekly Online Poetry Group. Fridays, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Join us on Fridays to share a favorite poem—someone else’s or one of your own.
Stay connected, get inspired, take a minute out of your day to hear a few good poems! Please join to share or just to listen.
