Join award-winning author/illustrator Rebekah Lowell for Catching Flight storytime coupled with a live drawing demonstration about birds. As a fun twist, the whole group will create a new kind of bird together, a new species, never seen before! What will your new bird be? Participants will walk away with tools and techniques that they can use to draw birds of their very own. An author signing and opportunity to purchase copies of the book will be held immediately following the program. Email kfavaloro@skidompha.org to register; space is limited.
