Theater Program
For Kids & Teens (ages 10-15); beginner and intermediate
Fridays, March 1 – May 24 | 3:30pm – 5:00pm (No class April 19)
Skidompha Public Library | Porter Hall | Registration Required
During this 12-week course, students will discover new work and learn the fundamentals of performance while developing their own storytelling and performance voice. We will begin by reading and performing scenes from various plays, and then move into creating our own. Students will use a piece of literature from Skidompha’s library collection to devise a personal performance piece. The class culminates with a showcase for the invited family and friends.
